1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use esupermarketproduct.com or place an order request with E Supermarket Product. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping, return and privacy policies.

2. How orders work

Submitting checkout sends us an order request. It is not yet a contract. We check stock and, within one business day, email a secure payment link. The contract is formed when your payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order request, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will tell you if we do. If you have already paid for something we cannot supply, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated for your delivery address and shown on your payment link before you pay. The Hot Price of the Day is 14% off the listed price until midnight Eastern Time on that day.

4. Promo codes

Code ESUPER10 takes 10% off eligible physical items. It does not apply to eGift cards, software or subscription codes, or the Hot Price of the Day, and it cannot be combined with other codes. Codes have no cash value.

5. eGift cards and digital codes

eGift cards are issued by the brand named on the card and are governed by that issuer's terms, including how and where they can be used. Make sure the recipient email you enter is correct, because a card emailed to a mistyped address may not be recoverable. Software and course codes are delivered by email and are subject to the publisher's license terms.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors and packaging may differ slightly from photos, and manufacturers can change packaging without notice. Supplements and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; read the label and ask a health professional if you have questions.

7. Using the website

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. The site design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
