1. Who we are

E Supermarket Product ("we", "us") runs the online store at esupermarketproduct.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse the site, place an order request, contact us or join our newsletter.

2. Information we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the items you request.
• Gift card details: the recipient name, email and message you enter for an emailed gift card.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for The Weekly Flyer.
• On your device: your cart, wishlist, chosen shipping speed and promo code are stored in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order request.

We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payment is taken on a separate secure payment page run by our payment provider.

3. How we use it

• To confirm, prepare, ship and support your order.
• To send your payment link, order updates and gift card emails.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To send The Weekly Flyer if you asked for it.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers and freight partners, gift card issuers, our email service and our website host. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Fonts and cookies

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

6. Email marketing

Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in. Every Weekly Flyer contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe on our unsubscribe page. We follow the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Order and service emails are still sent while you have an open order.

7. Keeping and protecting data

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, usually seven years, and other data only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable state law.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under that state's privacy law. Send your request to support@esupermarketproduct.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Children

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
