Returns & refunds

1. 30-day returns

You can return most physical items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and with all parts and accessories.

2. Items we cannot take back

• Food and drinks, including frozen items, unless they arrive damaged, thawed or wrong.
• eGift cards once they have been emailed.
• Software, course and subscription codes once they have been sent or redeemed.
• Opened personal care items, supplements and toothbrushes, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Mattresses that have been unpacked, unless faulty.

3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery (within 48 hours for frozen food) with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, and you will not pay for the return.

4. How to start a return

1. Email support@esupermarketproduct.com or use the contact form with your order reference (it starts with ESP-).
2. We reply within one business day with a return label or instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of receiving the instructions.

5. Large items

Furniture, appliances, tubs and other freight items can be returned within 30 days if unassembled and in original packaging. We arrange a freight pickup. A return freight fee is deducted from the refund unless the item was damaged or wrong; we will tell you the amount before you confirm.

6. Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
